1. 下载win10的安装ISO, 这里使用的是 LENOVO_Win10_multiple_editions_x64_zh-cn_DV5.iso
2. 准备一个大小不低于8G的U盘, 因为ISO文件超过了5G.
3. 使用UltraISO将ISO写入U盘, 这里需要注意的是, 因为ISO中包含的install.wim文件大小超过了4G, 而UltraISO使用的文件格式是FAT32, 所以这个文件实际是未被完整写入的, 如果此时用U盘安装, 会报无法找到install.wim的错误
4. 在打开管理员权限的命令行下, 执行格式转换命令, 注意盘符别错

5. ISO解开后, 将insall.wim文件手动拷贝, 覆盖U盘中的同名文件
在电脑开启USB HDD启动后, 使用这个U盘可以直接安装win10
